Understand Ayurveda.Apply it in daily life.

Wake earlier, eat more mindfully, make time for rest: everyday advice is easy to find. Working out what fits you is harder. Which habits would you like to keep? Where would a steadier rhythm help? And how can you care for yourself without trying to change your whole life at once?

Over two afternoons with Neha Pugalia, explore the foundations of Ayurveda. The three Doshas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha, introduce its perspective on the individual. Guided self-reflection, daily and seasonal routines, and an exploration of food and rest connect those ideas with your own observations.

Learn live on Zoom, with space for questions and discussion. The first day builds a foundation; the second explores how simple Ayurvedic principles can fit into your life today. Herbs, teas and mindful self-care are part of that exploration, alongside the question of which small steps are realistic for you.

Vata, Pitta or Kapha: which qualities do you recognise in yourself?

Who is this training for?

For anyone who wants to explore Ayurveda and apply it in daily life, including yoga teachers. No previous knowledge needed.

Make Ayurveda relevant to your everyday life

From exploring your patterns to considering small changes in your routine, four areas connect the learning with your life.

Make sense of your observations

The Doshas give structure to the course’s self-reflection. Learn the three concepts in context and bring questions about your own patterns to the discussion, so a questionnaire result has a framework you can explore.

Look at the whole day

Explore food, rest and daily rhythm together, alongside the changing seasons. Discover how Ayurveda connects these areas and the role that routines play within this perspective.

Give self-care a practical form

Herbs, teas and everyday rituals make the introduction tangible. Explore them in their Ayurvedic context and find starting points for paying closer attention to your habits and needs.

Find a realistic starting point

The final practical reflection returns to your own life. Consider which ideas could fit into your routine and discuss any remaining questions, with an emphasis on small, realistic steps.

Your learning journey

First, get to know yourself. Then, shape your everyday.

The first afternoon builds a shared foundation. The second connects it with practical questions about your daily life. Both sessions run from 15:00–18:30 Berlin time (CET).

Day 1 · Saturday, 9 January · 15:00–18:30

Foundations, Doshas & self-exploration

Begin with the concepts and connections that the second day’s practical work will build on.

Meet Ayurveda
An introduction to the foundations and the Ayurvedic approach to balanced living, creating a shared starting point for the course and your questions.
Explore Vata, Pitta and Kapha
Explore the three Doshas and their place within Ayurveda. Guided exploration gives you an opportunity to connect the concepts with your own reflection.
Work with your observations
The Dosha questionnaire is sent before the first session. During the training, return to your observations, ask questions and deepen your understanding through discussion.

Day 2 · Sunday, 10 January · 15:00–18:30

Rhythms, food & everyday rituals

The second afternoon turns towards application: how can these foundations find a place in modern everyday life?

Daily and seasonal routines
Explore daily rhythms and seasonal practices in an Ayurvedic context, including the place of food and rest within those patterns.
Herbs, teas and mindful self-care
These topics extend the exploration of everyday routines. Learn about their place in Ayurvedic daily life and bring your questions into the live discussion.
Integration and completion
Close by reflecting on what you have learned and possible next steps. There is space for questions about making simple principles relevant to your own circumstances.
