Yoga in Friedrichshain has a warm home here — exposed brick, low light, a wall of singing bowls and a gong that lives permanently in the corner. It's where the sound baths happen, where evening Yin melts into a scented sound journey, and where the mirror by the door reminds you that yoga is the real drug.

Finding us

You'll find us at Rigaer Straße 25, in the east end of Friedrichshain. The quickest way in is the U5 to Samariterstraße — about five minutes on foot from there. Trams M13 and 21 stop close by, and from the ring, Frankfurter Allee and Ostkreuz are both a ten-minute walk.

It's a proper Kiez corner — cafés, Spätis and Boxhagener Platz around the block, so a class slots easily into a slow morning or an unhurried evening. Street parking exists, but Friedrichshain being Friedrichshain, the U-Bahn is the surer bet. Bikes lock up right outside the door.

Good to know

Book ahead — our Friedrichshain classes are small and the evening sound baths fill up fast. You can reserve any class through the schedule above; walk-ins only work if there's space left.

It's the best place to start. Sound is what this studio is built around — Yin & Sound, gong baths and scented sound journeys run most evenings, all beginner-friendly. Just lie down and let it work; nothing is expected of you.

Yes — every class is taught in English, which makes it an easy studio for expats and anyone newer to Berlin. German speakers are just as at home.

Just comfortable clothes. Mats and props are here to borrow. For Yin and sound evenings, bring socks and a warm layer — you'll be still for a while and the body cools down.

Ten to fifteen minutes before your first class, so you can settle in and meet the teacher. Once a class has begun we can't always let latecomers in, out of respect for everyone already on the mat.
