One Month.Five Disciplines.One Teaching Identity.
Between 8 May and 6 June, a small group of practitioners moves through something rare — a structured, cohort-based journey across Sound Healing, Mantra, Pranayama, Asana, and Ayurveda. Not as a series of separate workshops. As one continuous arc where each discipline opens the door to the next.
Abhyasa means sustained practice in Sanskrit. The name earns itself. You study under three teachers: Dhiraj in Sound Healing, Federico Soggia in Asana and Sequencing, and Neha Pugalia across Mantra, Pranayama, and Ayurveda. Between modules, self-paced Sadhana — journaling, meditation, personal chanting practice — keeps the thread alive. In the final session on 6 June, you teach in front of your cohort, receive structured feedback, and receive the Abhyasa certificate at the closing ceremony.
This is not a passive training. You will be asked to teach, reflect, and show up — not just attend. Max 16 students. Two-part payment available.
