Lea has been teaching yoga for 13 years and is one of the few teachers in Berlin who also teaches Tai Chi. That dual background shapes how she approaches movement: less about performance, more about the quality of attention you bring. Her classes range from Power Vinyasa to beginners, always with alignment and internal focus at the centre.

Lea has been teaching for 13 years — long enough to know that what keeps a practice alive isn't intensity, it's attention. Alongside yoga, she teaches Tai Chi, a combination that is rare in Berlin and that shapes everything about how she works with the body.

Both disciplines operate on the same principle: where your focus goes, the quality of your movement follows. This runs through Lea's classes whether she's leading a Power Vinyasa, a Hatha flow, or an introduction for complete beginners. The form changes; the underlying ask doesn't.

Her teaching emphasises alignment and internal awareness — not as technical correction, but as the way you actually feel what your body is doing. Thirteen years in, she still finds that the simplest things are the hardest to do well.
