Sophie Huscher

Sophie is a passionate yoga teacher who loves to combine mantra, movement and meditation. A touch of India — the motherland of yoga — belongs to every one of her classes. Yoga is more than a practice; it is a lifestyle we build by training our breath and mind. Feeling whatever comes up, making space for ourselves, seeing and holding every part of who we are. Together with her partner Kartik, Sophie hosts the "Kundalini, Bhakti & Chai" workshops — a warm welcome into a yogic understanding of life.
