Yoga Teacher & Space Holder

Lilly Passora

YogaMeditationBreathwork

Lilly has been teaching for four years, trained across three teacher programmes in India and Portugal. Her classes are built around a conviction she holds about yoga, music, and art as sacred ways of returning to the present moment and the heart. Every session includes chanting and meditation alongside movement — and the movement itself is designed for one thing: helping you feel safe, find release, and settle into your body.

Lilly completed three teacher trainings, finding her spiritual education and teachers in India and Portugal — two places that shaped not just her practice but her understanding of what a practice is for.

For Lilly, yoga sits alongside music and art as sacred modalities: not disciplines to master, but ways of coming home to the present moment and into the heart. That framing runs through everything she teaches. Her classes always include chanting and meditation alongside movement — not as add-ons, but as the same act performed in different registers.

The movement itself is deliberately unhurried. Hatha Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Yin Yoga are forms that ask you to slow down, feel what your body is actually doing, and find ease rather than effort. The intention is not to push. It is to create enough safety that something can release.

Four years in, her teaching philosophy comes down to one sentence she means completely: you are doing a perfectly fine job by breathing and being you.
