Gal holds an MFA in Performing Arts and trained internationally in Ashtanga Vinyasa — a background that makes her classes feel unlike a standard yoga session. She works at the intersection of sound, movement, and voice, bringing a performer's instinct for presence into every practice.
Gal Greenberg is a multidisciplinary performing artist and yoga teacher based in Berlin. With an MFA in Performing Arts and an international Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training, she brings something most teachers don't have: a practitioner's understanding of how bodies, sound, and voice work together in real time.
Her sessions don't follow a fixed template. Each one starts with its own intention — sometimes the focus is on grounding and release, other times on movement, strength, and expression. What holds it all together is a genuine attentiveness to what the body is actually doing, not what it's supposed to do.
She draws from performance, music, and somatic movement — and from the understanding that a practice which keeps shifting keeps people genuinely present. You leave having moved, listened, and paid attention.
