The Art of Attentive Listeningand Holding Space with Sound
One bowl near the feet, two by the head, the rest arranged around them. You strike, and everything after that is yours: how close, how loud, how long you let the silence stay. You learn to set bowls around someone resting, to notice how they answer a frequency, and to stay steady while they arrive.
Over three days Dhiraj teaches both halves of the work. One-to-one sessions, where you play for a single person and listen for what comes back. And group sound baths, where you carry a whole room and learn how much space to leave in it. Alongside that: Tingsha, water-filled bowls, and the way water softens and shifts a bowl's tone.
Most sound healing trainings in Germany run as a series of modules spread over months. This one is a single weekend, held at Villa Fuchs in Heilbronn, forty minutes from Stuttgart up the A81. People come from across Baden-Württemberg and drive home the same evening.

What you can do at the end
Not a list of topics, just skills you can put to work straight away.
Guide Attentive 1:1 Sound Sessions
Setting the bowls around someone resting is the easy part. The listening is the skill: checking in, noticing how comfortable they are, and shifting your tempo, volume and silence while the session is still moving.
Hold a Whole Room
A group sound bath asks something different of you than one-to-one work: pacing, volume, and the confidence to let silence stand. You practise with real people in the room, not on a demonstration.
Work with Singing Bowls, Tingsha & Water
You work with Himalayan bowls until the tone comes when you ask for it. Tingsha to open a space and to close it again. And water in the bowl, which changes how it sounds and how it fills a room.

Pricing, how a session is built, what to say before and after, and which bowls are worth owning. You leave ready to hold your first paid session.

Thirty Minutes of Pilates, Every Day
Three days sitting cross-legged over bowls asks a lot of your hips, low back and shoulders. The Studio Heilbronn is a movement studio as well as our venue, so every training day includes a free 30-minute Pilates class, enough to keep your body willing through Sunday afternoon.

Who teaches it
Dhiraj
Tibetan singing bowls have been around me since childhood. First as background sound, then as something I actually listened to. Through my wife's practice I came back to meditation and sound, and that turned into the work I do now.
For more than seven years I've been sharing sound sessions and trainings, drawing not on technique alone but on the lived experience of how sound genuinely shifts a state of being. More than 200 people have trained with me in that time.
With roots in India I respect the tradition while creating open, welcoming spaces for modern practice. I don't just teach methods. I invite you to experience sound from within, so you can hold spaces that feel genuine and deeply nourishing.
