The Gap Between Teachingand Being Remembered.

Most yoga teachers know alignment. Far fewer understand how to build a sequence that actually moves the body somewhere — that has an internal logic, a therapeutic arc, an intention that a student can feel without being told.

This two-day intensive with Federico Soggia at Yogicescape Berlin is designed specifically for yoga teachers who want to close that gap. Across ten hours, you move through the science of alignment, embodiment-based anatomy, healing-focused sequence design, and the precise language of cueing — how you say something shapes whether a student's body responds.

The final block is a Practicum. You design and teach a sequence in front of the group. You receive real, constructive feedback from Federico and your peers. For most participants, this single hour changes more than the other nine combined — because this is where you find out what you actually understand, and what you have been guessing at.

For yoga teachers only. July 11th–12th, 12:30–16:00.

The Pillars of Your Practice

Four practices. One day. Tools you will carry for life.

Alignment That Serves the Sequence

Not a list of cues to correct postures — a systematic understanding of joint actions, load distribution, and breath integration that makes your sequencing choices logical rather than habitual.

The Body as a Dynamic System

Embodiment-based anatomy: bones, fascia, breath, and stability working together. You learn how the body actually moves — not how the anatomy diagrams suggest it should.

Sequences That Heal

How to design classes that regulate the nervous system rather than just challenge it. Pacing, breath-driven flow, restorative arcs, accessibility — the architecture of a class that leaves students better than it found them.

The Practicum

You design a sequence and you teach it. Federico and your peers give direct, structured feedback. The Practicum is not the conclusion of the training — it is the reason for it.

Your Day, Step by Step

From foundation to integration — here is exactly how the day unfolds.

The principles of alignment that serve safe, functional movement — joint actions, load distribution, breath integration, and how these inform intelligent sequencing. Peak structures, micro-themes, and the internal logic that makes a class cohesive.

A sensory-based approach to anatomy within the asana lab. The body as a dynamic system — bones, fascia, breath, and stability. How anatomical awareness enhances safety, creativity, and teaching confidence.

Sequence design that regulates the nervous system and promotes grounding. Pacing, breath-driven flow, restorative arcs, accessibility, and intention-based class design for mindful Vinyasa, slow flow, and introspective practices.

Anatomy applied on the mat through standing poses, transitions, balance work, and simple inversions. The craft of cueing — directional, action-based, breath-led language that supports precision without losing accessibility.
