She began practicing yoga in 2014 after her years of being actively involved in sports during university. Since then, she has trained in various styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga. She later completed her Holistic Yoga training in Nepal, where she also studied sound healing. Today, she offers yoga classes in various styles, along with breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, guiding students through an intuitive, grounded, and mindful approach. Her classes emphasize breath awareness, encouraging a deeper connection between movement, mind, and inner stillness.
