The feminine is sacred—a force of creation, intuition, and deep wisdom. To honor this is to honor life itself. To honor the creation of he universe. This gathering is a space to embrace our cyclical nature, our emotions, and the profound beauty of being a woman.
Through breathwork, free movement, and shared reflection, we will explore what it means to fully inhabit our bodies and voices. This is not about performance, it’s about presence. It’s about feeling at home in yourself again. Beyond everything you have been told that as a woman you must be. Beyond what you have been made to believe you are.

Ramona
Yoga Teacher
Ramona is a yoga teacher and sound healer based in Berlin. Passionate about the connection
between movement, sound, and inner transformation, she guides others through deep, embodied
experiences that awaken self-awareness. Her work is rooted in the philosophy of yoga, having an
academic background in Oriental studies. She is into energy alignment and the power of vibration,
creating safe and nurturing spaces for self-exploration. She believes in honoring the feminine
essence within all beings, the subtle universal connections, and the transformative power of
surrender, stillness, and deep listening.
